We like to support you in making the right choice of therapist/practitioner and offer a free twenty minute mini-session to come along and meet us and ask any questions you may have.
Payment is made at the end of the session. We accept cheques or cash and are not set up for payment by card.
If you are late arriving for a session we will end at the usual time to allow Robbie to fulfil his commitment to the person coming after you.
Cancelled appointments with less than 48 hrs notice are charged for.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for an acupuncture session, there may not be enough time for the treatment to be done and you will still be charged for the whole session.
Cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice are charged for.
Some concessions are available. Please not that fees do change from time to time so please check when you contact us if it is a long time since the date above.
